Industrial Psychology is a subject that deals with the application of psychological principles and theories to the workplace. It is a crucial area of study for students pursuing a degree in business or management. The subject is offered as a module in the seventh semester of the Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) program at Kerala Technological University (KTU). The syllabus of the subject is divided into six modules, each covering a different aspect of industrial psychology.

MODULE 4 covers performance appraisal and feedback. Students will learn about the different methods of performance appraisal, including 360-degree feedback, self-assessment, and peer assessment. They will also learn about the importance of providing feedback to employees and the different techniques that can be used to deliver feedback effectively
